According to an expert the new wireless technology of Apple will be able to overcome the problems that caused trouble with iPhone 4 but it is not confirmatory if Apple has been granted permission to use it.

Professor Pedersen and his colleagues at Aalborg University are of the opinion that Apple is bound to run into issues of legal importance regarding the patents that were sold to the Samsung in the year 2007 by the Professor. The report that came from these people also indicates that Samsung has not agreed to use these patents in conjunction with the Apple.

The copyrights are related to technology that is linked to the use of multiple antennas. Two important issues are related to the selection of the antenna in the multiple antenna system and the apparatus.
